Gordon — after 35 years as an attorney, Gordon has retired his law practice and is focusing on HOA management. He has served as an HOA board president, board member, and on neighborhood committees. He brings expertise in HOA set-up, transition, management, compliance, documentation and regulations, Board of Directors procedures, and builder/city/community interaction. Gordon graduated from Brigham Young University with degrees in Political Science and Portuguese, and obtained his J.D. from George Washington Law School.
Diane — brings over 20 years of business management experience. She served for seven years as President and CEO of an S-Corporation, three years as a sole-proprietor, and over ten years as a business/office manager, with expertise in business accounts set up and financial management, and service contract negotiations. She has a B.B.A. in Business Administration, and is currently finishing a M.Ed. at Brigham Young University. She has done extensive research in off-campus housing policies and issues relating to college communities.
Vivian — worked as a real estate agent for over eight years, and has served as a director on an HOA board. She has also had experience in volunteer civic work and community advocacy. From a real estate perspective she understands the importance of community cohesiveness and fulfilling the community's vision, and the impact these have on local housing markets.
Laura — brings over seven years of experience in administration and career counseling. As a first point of contact, she excels at assessing needs, defining issues, and directing proper resources to resolve problems. She has a B.A. in Behavioral Psychology from Utah Valley State College.
Chris — is our computer systems expert and web designer. He has a B.S. degree in Information Technology from Utah Valley State College and has worked as a networking engineer and designer for over seven years. He also serves as a director on an HOA board.
